He’s figured out where the tasty snacks comes from and positions himself to be right at your feet whenever he sees an opportunity for a treat. Pepper’s recall is and always has been superb, even since he was tiny. He just loves being beside his person (especially if there is a treat as well). He loves the water and will happily swim out into the ocean.
